Any U.S. commercial or retail address. Our data coverage includes all 50 states, though data density is strongest in metropolitan and suburban areas. Rural locations may have more data gaps, which are disclosed in the report.

Where does the data come from?

Our assessments combine data from multiple federal, state, and commercial sources including the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, FEMA, EPA, and others. Every data point in the report is tagged with its source type: DATA (verified public source), INFERENCE (modeled from benchmarks), VERIFY (requires your on-site confirmation), or GAP (source unavailable).

How accurate are the financial projections?

Financial projections are modeled estimates based on industry benchmarks. They are not predictions. Actual performance depends on your execution, market timing, competition, and factors we cannot measure. Treat the moderate scenario as a planning baseline and stress-test against the conservative scenario.
